Jewelry is shipped within 5-10 business days. Due to the nature of our handmade products, some items may take up to 14 business days. Order confirmations are sent via email upon receipt of order.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped insured UPS ground or USPS first class mail. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get it to you.

Return Policy: Customer satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please send an email to customerservice@bcnyc.com to begin processing your request. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging and shipped back UPS. Please insure returns, for we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise. Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned.
